WhatLedger

Desktop browser extension

TCGplayer orders. No copy and paste.

Capture the orders you have open in TCGplayer and send their actual item prices, quantities, shipping and tax into your WhatLedger purchase review. Use the browser extension for purchase imports.

Add to Chrome

Install in Chrome

  1. Open the Chrome Web Store listing and choose Add to Chrome.
  2. In Chrome’s Extensions menu, pin WhatLedger so you can open it from the toolbar.
  3. If WhatLedger is already open, refresh the tab so it can detect the extension.
Using Edge or updating a manual installation?

Use the extension ZIP for manual installation. Extract it into a folder you will keep. Open edge://extensions or chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, and choose Load unpacked. Select the folder containing manifest.json. To update an existing manual installation, replace the files and click Reload. If you switch to the Chrome Web Store version, disable the unpacked copy in Chrome to avoid duplicate icons.

Import in three steps

  1. Open TCGplayer order history. Expand the orders you want so every item, price and quantity is loaded.
  2. Click the WhatLedger extension → Read orders on this page → Send to WhatLedger.
  3. Confirm your WhatLedger account and click Save to purchase review. Check any missing printing, language or game, then import.

Start on the newest order-history page. By default, WhatLedger follows Next through up to 50 pages and stops at the first already-imported order. Keep both tabs open. Turn off the stop option to fill older gaps, or turn off pagination to capture just one page. Stop after this page keeps reviews already saved. Re-sending an order matches its existing review; saved purchases are never overwritten. If totals do not match, nothing is sent—expand all items or open one order at a time and retry.

What the extension can access

It begins reading the selected TCGplayer order tab when you click Read. If you enable pagination, it navigates that same tab through order-history pages after you confirm Save in WhatLedger. It does not log in for you, read other tabs, place orders, or collect passwords, addresses, payment details or cookies. After you click Send, it transfers only purchase fields to https://what-ledger.com. Temporary transfers stay in browser-session memory for up to 30 minutes of usable access and are removed when the transfer is completed, the destination tab closes, or the browser exits.

WhatLedger saves the purchase details and review history in your signed-in account under its Privacy Policy. This extension is an independent WhatLedger tool, not affiliated with TCGplayer. Capture uses visible page text; if TCGplayer changes its layout, the extension may need an update.

Open purchase imports

Other marketplaces

Open an expanded USD order table and use the same extension. WhatLedger tries up to three times to map the fields, checks all totals, and automatically imports complete orders and flags uncertain matches. Unsupported layouts are reported automatically to the developer. Column headings, not order rows, are sent to OpenAI. Other currencies, discounted orders, and sites without readable item tables may need a dedicated importer.

Record your show

Open your Whatnot seller dashboard and press Record show in the extension. Select your saved show, leave Full show selected, and share your Whatnot tab. Recording starts automatically; capture areas are detected for you.

When finished, press End recording & upload. Keep this tab open while recordings save privately to your account and analysis runs in your browser. Review the suggested cards, auction numbers and final prices before confirming sales.

Full-show recordings are silent and saved in recoverable parts. Cloud copies remain until deleted, and local originals are retained. Unclear cards or results need review. The extension records shared pixels; it does not read the Whatnot dashboard DOM or automate auctions.
